Pennsylvania Paragliding was founded by Terry and Maria Bono in 2007. With almost 30 years of paragliding experienced combined, we offer excellent instruction, for the new and current paragliding students. We are located in different locations around the Lehigh Valley in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. We also organize and lead tours to different locations like Colombia and Florida.
Constantly leaning towards safety & fun, our goal is to pass on not only the latest, but the safest techniques and mindsets that are being used in recreational, cross country, competition and aerobatic flying today.
Pennsylvania Paragliding offers the very best!
We have being training students since 2007. Our staff and training process is so successful that we were able to build one of the largest school on the East Coast. The high quality of training we provide has allowed us to train students from as far north as New Hampshire and as far South as Virginia.
Part of our success is a direct result of our Executive Program, this program is designed for those professionals that need to get their license in quickly. It is an intense course that permits rapid learning. We will even assist you in finding a local hotel or a camping area.
Here on the East Coast there are very few good schools that can provide as much air time and training as Pennsylvania Paragliding. Most of our success is attributed to our unique combination of towing and high quality training sites.
With our school the training doesn’t stop after you achieve your license. We continue to assist all of our students to make a smooth transition in to the local flying community.

Flying at Blue Mountain
If you are already a pilot, and would like to Fly at Blue Mountain, you need to become a Little Gap Club member, you may do that online. Please print and sign the waiver and pay through PayPal following this link. You must sign the waiver first. Blue Mountain requires Terry Bono to contact them before any body can fly on any given day. We normally post when we are flying on our Facebook page.
Contact us if you are interested in flying and don’t see a post on Facebook.
